What is Rubman swimrun?

Rubman is not an ordinary race; it’s an epic swimrun around the islands of Stavanger located south west of Norway, where you alternate between swimming in open sea and running through stunning Norwegian landscapes. Imagine swimming several kilometers in cold seawater and running across mountains, forests, and coastal trails—all while wearing your wetsuit and shoes! This is far from a traditional triathlon. It’s about mastering both physical endurance and mental strength in a unique and wild environment. This is swimrun!

We will start the race with two teams, or no teams. If just one person shows up to the race we will make it happen.
We strongly believe that this will be changing lives, so the day is on.
But we would be happy if more would join.
